  • Competitor URLs are researched using AI-powered web search
  • AI-generated content (scores, PRDs, marketing copy) is stored in your account
  • Conversations with AI crew members (Sam, Alex, Robin) are processed in real-time

3.2 AI Provider Data Handling

We use Anthropic (Claude) and Perplexity for AI processing. These providers:

  • Process your data only to provide responses to your requests
  • Do not use your data to train their models (per our enterprise agreements)
